PRODUCT LIMITATIONS

Even though we build and test our bikes to make them tough for you, but there's no way that we can guarantee they'll survive from your huge cliff foot drop. For starters, there is no industry "jumping" standard. Many circumstances of takeoff, landing, speed, rider technique, etc. are unique.

Let's put it this way. Buying a DH bike, or any other design bikes, does not make you better. Please remember, know your limitations and choose the right bike that suit your own capability and different category means different built in capability functions and features to use, do not get confuse and consider that one bike can conquer all the terrain. For instance, hardtail is not suitable for use on DH, if they are inappropriate use, it may cause injury or death, which must be learned.

Keeping your bike and all its components in good working condition is critical, and it's your decision to maintain and inspect it if you want them to perform on good condition on every ride. Nothing last forever, thus the components need to replace in certain periods of time in order to keep them perform well, Motion frames carry alloy 3 years / carbon 2 years warranty. See the Motion Warranty for details.

LIGHTS AND FLASHING LIGHTS MUST BE USED

Warning: Reflectors are not safe enough compare to the lights, thus we urge you to equip the lights on your bike. It is your responsibility to equip your bicycle with authorized lights. Riding at dawn, at dusk, at night or dim conditions at other times of poor visibility without a bicycle lighting system and reflectors is dangerous and may result in serious injury or death.

Warning: If you ride your bike before dawn or after dusk, your bicycle must be equipped with lights so that you can see the road and avoid road hazards, and let others can see you. Traffic laws treat bicycles like any other vehicle. That means you must have a white front and a red rear light operating if you are riding before dawn and after dusk. Your bike dealer can recommend a battery or generator powered lighting system appropriate to your needs.

Warning: The two previous warnings urge you to use lights. Motion also strongly recommend you to use a flashing light or strobe. Most of us at Motion who ride at night or in conditions of lower visibility use flashers. They can save your life and prevent accidents happen.
