Macron luminaires are compatible with multiple control systems including TRIAC, ELV, 0-10V, and DALI. Macron designs and produces drivers that are thoroughly tested with our luminaires for UL/CE certifications, dimming performance, and light quality. We also select compatible drivers from world-renowned brands such as Philips and Vossloh-Schwab as alternative options.

At Macron, we recognize that thermal management is a critical element to guarantee long-term LED performance and reliability. Our proprietary light engines are designed to achieve 70% of the initial light output with no perceived decay in color temperature within the industrial standard 5 years. Complete luminaires undergoes astringent accelerated life test to validate design and warranty.

We work closely with world-renowned LED makers and incorporate best available LED technologies into luminaires we design and produce. Macron employs a tight LED binning process to ensure CRI/CCT consistency over the lifetime of luminaires. All luminaires are controlled within 3-step MacAdam Ellipse. (Luminaires features XICATO XTM engine provides color consistency within 2-step MacAdam Ellipse.)

We, at Macron, vigorously design and test our optical system to deliver exceptional light quality and end-user experience. The 30o cutoff keeps the light source from most viewing angles and comfort-glare-control cutoff minimize glare and enhance your experiences.

Macron’s color trims provide singular presentations to the atmosphere creating new possibilities for interior/lighting design. This feature also modulates glare to enhance viewing comfort.
